What are the key components to consider when planning a hybrid event?

Live streaming company technicians in Glasgow

Hybrid events are all about offering accessibility for your audiences! To provide the best experience, the key components to consider include choosing the right event platform, selecting the venue or venues, ensuring attendee accessibility, managing audiovisual elements, adding audience interaction features, and providing on-brand content on-screen and online.

We work closely with our clients to ensure each of these key factors are covered. We connect remote presenters and teams from all around the world, hosting events ranging from single-location meetings to multi-country events for global corporations. We can create custom, on-brand event platforms that are easy for your attendees to access. This can be anything from a simple branded one-page site to a multi-page site with information on sponsors, bios, exhibition stands, multiple live streams for breakout sessions, poster boards, and more.

For interactivity, we use SliDo for attendees to join in with Q&A, world clouds, quizzes, and polling. The event content can include a range of features such as captioning, BSL interpretation, logos, branding, name straps, countdown timers, and picture-in-picture slides next to the presenters. For online contributions, we use a familiar platform for the presenters, Zoom, and manage a meeting rehearsal with them in advance.

On-location, we pride ourselves on offering high production quality with the latest cameras to capture various camera angles of the main stage and audience, ensuring nothing is missed. We use robust hardware studio equipment so you have full control over what your audience is watching.

With all this in mind, our goal is for everyone, both in the room and online, to be at ease and enjoy every minute of the event!
