What is Pre-Production
The goal of this meeting is to run through your event with your dedicated Event Project Manager.

In certain situations, such as events with multiple rooms, remote online presenters, or the complexity of the event, a pre-event rehearsal is a must.
Time Required Pre-event
Set-up time is key for any type of event! We require a lot of technical equipment to set up the studio and it takes time to connect, test and make sure everything looks nice and tidy.
