The goal of this meeting is to run through your event with your dedicated Event Project Manager. You will learn about the technical side of the event and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. As a team, we are great at involving you in every aspect and explaining everything we do to you so you understand and feel confident going into the event. Depending on what assets we need from you, the more information we get, the better, as a lot of work goes into the pre-production of any event.
