Brief

Specialising in conference video production, the Empower Las Vegas 2022 Conference provided an opportunity for us to film and record a range of videos. The main stage sessions were filmed, as were interviews, podcast interviews and beauty shots of the venue, location, audience, exhibitors, speakers, and exhibitors. The highlight content filmed throughout the conference was to be edited and produced into a video to be showcased during the closing session!

Summary

Having worked with our client on several projects, we are familiar with the Company brand and what our client endeavours to deliver. In the lead-up, we worked together in pre-production to establish the schedule and what content we needed to capture.

The three producers in charge of the production included one who managed the video podcast interviews, one who filmed the main plenary sessions, beauty shots, interviews, and vox pops, and one who handled all on-site editing and video delivery.

Our set-up included three SONY FS7s for filming and our on-location podcast studio to record podcast-style interviews. The podcast interviews were a huge success, with exhibitors and delegates lining up to interview and be interviewed. The recordings looked and sounded incredible and resulted in great social media content for our client’s LinkedIn.

As well as the recordings of the keynote speakers and interviews, the Conference Highlights Video included excerpts from the entire event. This was a great way to showcase the event in the closing session and also use as a promotional tool for future events.

The GLO team was the epitome of professionalism and hard work. The crew was proactive, and thoughtful and helped to improve on what our vision was. Their flexibility and understanding was a delight as well, helping our team to get even more value out of our time with GLO than we expected.
